"I worked at ProMinent full-time for more than 8 years Cons: Anything from a Manager on up are not straight with you about business tactics, budgets, projects, involvement. They do not pay well at all! All of the mamangers, speak out of both sides of their mouths. Dont be the smartest in the room, it threatens them, you will be the black sheep, and your career will plateau. Raises' are a joke, when directors have redwood furniture and wine closet's, golf memberships, large $ bonuses you get nothing."

"I worked at ProMinent full-time for more than 10 years Cons: I worked at ProMinent Fluid Controls UK for over 10 years. The management hold grudges against past and present employees. They openly and unprofessionally voice these views to current employees as to appearing to make examples of them. People with physical or mental issues are too much trouble so they seek avenues to get rid of them. Some of the management are too close and personal to each other (married) so this is obvious how conflicts of interest are apparent. If you are willing to be a Yes Man, turn a blind eye and have your soul removed then feel free to be within this organisation."

"I worked at ProMinent full-time for more than 8 years Cons: The current management structure is rife with back covering, spineless, yes men (and woman). All of whom could not lie straight in bed. They all value and protect their own positions of power above the benefit and public profile of the company and its wider employees. There are many deep seated conflicts of interest within the company and a thread of self protection hangs over the members of staff outside of the management inner circle. The employee handbook is used as a stick to beat employees who's face does not fit and the same rules are not applied to the cronies who follow none of the rules. Despite the Managing Director's calls to "trust him". He never gave me or my colleagues any reason to (quite the opposite). Suffice to say myself and many of my colleagues have now successfully moved on to other companies within the business sector, taking with us over 100 years of experience. The thing I miss least from my experience at this company is the bullying and ambiguous threats. Which according to my colleagues who left after me, became more unambiguous towards me after I had left the company."

"Not a company for an experienced Salesperson or Manager. This is a good starter job for learning to deal with rejection. I repeatedly asked what they did. I was told to do a ride along and all my questions would be answered. We set up an Xfinity table at Walmart and solicited for business. I was told all my questions regarding pay scale and company expectations would be answered at lunch. This also never happened. It was a waste of a day Cons: NO breaks, standing in Walmart all day, no information from management on pay scale"

"Went in for an interview for an account manager, got a second interview in which I was brought to a walmart and,set up a table to sell direct tv packages. Not at all what i was told id be doing. Also its Commission. Was told salary would start at $35k to $45k. That is a lie."

"This job was not what I imagined coming into it. You were required to work later on Mondays to fulfill a staff competition which I was told before getting hired that it was optional but was made out not to be a team player if someone decided not to work late and compete. It was a great learning experience as far as sales, just wasn't my kind of Job."

"I worked here for over a year. Fun work environment, just wasn't much opportunity for growth nor was recognition offered often. However I loved traveling to the different states for work and big events."

"a normal day started going into work an hour early, getting paperwork caught up, calling customers, planning out the day, setting daily goals, when work actually started I handed in any paperwork we had to hand for for the day, do daily meeting, go over office related items, then go out to the retail locations for a few hours, management was off and on there was a lot of contradictions, Most the co workers were fantastic, hard part of the job was dealing with the long hours and having to work some times with out days off. The most enjoyable part of the job was meeting new people interacting with them. Cons: no days off, long hours with out compensation, lots of Contradictions"
